3. Purchases
Pricing is displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes, duties, and fees may apply based on your location and payment method. You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the payment method you provide for your purchase.
4. Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new purchases, unless a different policy is stated at checkout. To request a refund, contact support within 14 days of purchase with your order details. Refund eligibility may be limited in cases of fraud, abuse, or repeated refund requests.
5. Content and License
Course materials, videos, downloads, and related content are licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-transferable use. You may not resell, sublicense, publicly share, redistribute, or make the content available to others, except as explicitly permitted in writing by SteadyPortal.
